5.3. HydraulicPlumbing
Fromthispointonintheinstallationtheboomswillbeinoperativeuntilthehydraulicsarefullyinstalled.
1. AftertheNORACvalveismounted,thehydraulichosesandfittingscanbeplumbed.Theplumbingforthe
hydrauliccircuitisshownschematicallyinFigure2.
2. Disconnectthetiltcylinderraiselinesfromthesprayervalveblockandinsertthe6FJXR‐6MJT tees(F04).
Reconnecttheraiselines.
3. Connectstraightendoftwohoses(H01)tothefreeendofthetees(F04).
4. Connecttheotherendofthehoses(H01)tothe“B”portsontheNORACvalveblock.
5. Disconnectthe pressure hose fromthe sprayervalve blockand inserta 6FJXR‐6MJT tee (F04).Use the
8FJXR‐8MJTtee(F07)ifneeded.
6. IftheF04teewasused,connectthestraightendofhoseH01tothefreeendofthetee.IftheF07teewas
used,connectthestraightendofhoseH02tothefreeendofthetee.
7. ConnecttheotherendofthehosetothepressureportontheNORACvalveblock.
8. Disconnectthetankhosefromthesprayervalveblockandinserta6FJXR‐6MJTtee(F04).Usethe8FJXR‐
8MJTtee(F07)orthe10FJXR‐10MJTtee(F10)ifneeded.
9. IftheF04teewasused,connectthestraightendofhoseH01tothefreeendofthetee.IftheF07teewas
used,connectthestraightendofhoseH02tothefreeendofthetee.IftheF10teewasused,connectthe
10FJ‐6MJadapter(F11)tothefreeendofthetee.ConnectthestraightendofhoseH01toF11.
10. Connecttheotherendofthehosetothe tankportontheNORACvalveblock.

NOTE: ThefollowingstepsareonlyforPommierboominstallations.
1. Opentheneedlevalvesalltheway(Figure8).
2. Removetheaccumulatorandinstalla1.2mm5mmthickorifice(H05)betweentheaccumulatorandthe
existingfitting(Figure9).
