7 = PI process controller setpoint
8 = Actual frequency PID
9 = Actual PID frequency limited
10 = Actual PID frequency monitored
11 = Limiting torque current
12 = Torque current switch-off limit
13 = Limiting current
14 = Current switch-off limit
15 = Ramp time
16 = Lead torque (P214) multiplication
17 = Servo mode torque
