To move the weight system, step on the Heverson the
Locking Casters (76) to unHockthe wheeHs, Move the
weight system to the new Hocation, ReHockthe wheeHs
on the Locking Casters,
CHANGmNG THE WEmGHT SETTmNG
To change the setting of the weight stack, insert the
Weight Pin (28) under the desired Weight (27), Hnsert
the Weight Pin so that the bent end touches the
weight stack, Turn the bent end down,
Note: Due to the cables and pulleys, the amount
of resistance at each exercise station may vary
from the weight setting. Use the WEIGHT
RESISTANCE CHART on page 16 to find the
approximate amount of resistance.
LOCKING THE WEIGHT STACK
To Hockthe weight stack, insert the Lock Pin (78) into
the indicated helle in a Weight Guide With HoHe(36),
Hnsertthe Lock (77) through the helle in the Weight
Pin and chose the Lock,
ADJUSTING THE CABLE
Woven came, the type of came used on the weight
system, can stretch sHightHywhen it is first used, Hf
there is shack in the came before resistance is feHt,the
cabHesshouHd be tightened,
To tighten the came, remove the MIO x 50mm BoHt
(96) from the Weight Tube (16), Reattach the 3 1/2"
PuHHey(43), the CaMe Trap (47), and the two Finger
Guards (48) to a Hewerhelle in the Weight Tube with
the BoHtand an MIO NyHon Locknut (108), Make sure
that the CabJe Trap is oriented to hotd the Press
Arm CabJe (66) in the groove of the Puttey. To
Hoosenthe CaMe, attach the PuHHeyto a higher helle in
the Weight Tube,
