If your NPK Industrial Equipment is experiencing a loss of power, there are several potential causes. First, verify the correct relief valve settings of the carrier and the Demo Grab if the carrier or Demo Grab relief valve setting is low. If the operating pressure is less than 3,625 psi (250 bar), adjust or replace the excavator circuit relief valve. For attachment relief valves, replacement is necessary. Also, ensure the relief valve cartridge is tightened and properly adjusted. If the issue persists, consider replacing the o-rings and backup rings of the relief valve cartridge, or the seals in the swivel manifold assembly. Finally, repair the land areas or replace the spindle in the swivel manifold assembly if those are the cause.
