changes the system font size--this is particularly useful to make the many items in
Settings more readable!
Storage: This sub-menu displays the status of your smartphone’s internal storage as
well as that of any MicroSD card you have installed. The storage is broken down by type
of content, and you also have options to un-mount or erase MicroSD cards.
Battery: Shows you the current battery status and breaks down battery usage by app.
Apps: One of the largest sub-menus you’ll encounter, Apps has many functions. Firstly,

up. You can slide to unlock, have the phone try and match your face, enter a PIN, touch
a pattern on the screen, or use the tried-and-true password option.
Enable Widgets: In particular, this setting controls whether or not your lock screen
can have widgets on it. These widgets can be things like a list of your e-mail, or calendar
appointments. Since they appear on the lock screen, they can be seen before unlocking
your phone. If you regularly handle private information, you should choose carefully here.
(The safest option is to disable widgets on the lock screen)
Encrypt Phone: You have to have your phone plugged in and fully charged before you
can do this, but the result is that your phone’s data is encrypted and cannot be
