An E1 error on your NuWave Cooktop typically indicates that the unit isn't detecting cookware. This can happen if the induction coils aren't making direct contact with the cookware, so ensure the cooktop is on a flat surface and the cookware is properly placed. Also, the cookware might not be induction-ready. The induction coils contained within the NuWave PIC will only work when they are in direct contact with a piece of cookware. To maintain your appliance’s effectiveness, always ensure that it rests on a flat surface and that contact is consistent with your cookware.
