5. Press write. The program or bank is exported to the other TEO-5.
Importing Programs and Banks
You can use a MIDI librarian application such as such as SysEx Librar-
ian for Macintosh, or MIDI-OX for Windows to transmit exported
program or banks back into your TEO-5. You will need a computer and
an appropriate software application.
To import a program or bank as a SysEx le over MIDI:
1. Connect your synthesizer to a computer using a USB cable (or MIDI
cable, if you are using a dedicated MIDI interface).
2. Press the global button on the TEO-5.
3. Use the select knob to select midi sysex cable, then use the value
knob to choose usb or midi, depending on which port you are using to
connect to your computer.
4. Open your MIDI librarian software and congure it to send SysEx
messages to your TEO-5.
5. In the MIDI librarian, open the programs and/or banks you want to send.
6. Transmit the programs. The TEO-5 should load them. They will
replace any existing programs in those same memory locations on the
synth.
Again, note that programs will load back into the same bank and pro-
gram locations from which they were originally exported.
