Introduction
Made-ready files are files that contain all necessary print information, such as layout
and required media, for example PostScript

If you frequently print many made-ready files, you can create a batch file for the
'Send To' menu in the Microsoft Windows
®
Explorer to help you save time.

®
, Microsoft Notepad
®
or Microsoft
WordPad
®
.
2. Insert the following text string: Lpr -Pp -Svp6250 %1
In the line above, the string after -S is the hostname of the printer.
3. Store the file with the extension ".bat" to the destination: C:\Documents and
Settings\<user>\SendTo
Your file name is for example "Send to VP6250.bat".
Print the made-ready file

®
job to a directory of your choice.
