1. Please check points 3-8 in section 3.3.1 for detailed
information about the measurement process.
2. The test order to build up a new category is from low
moisture level standard sample to high level (for example
test 15% level sample first, then 20% and then 25%...).
3. We recommend the difference of moisture level between
each standard sample to be around 5%. And the whole
moisture range of these standard samples should be within
the real object range (for example 15%, 20% and 25%).
5. FACTORY RESET
1. Enter category mode.
2. Long press button, till display shows “-1-” and “C##”.
This function will delete all the adjustments and new categories
created by user.
6. MAINTENANCE
1. After each test, clean the container with a brush.
2. Please remove the batteries from analyzer in case of transit or storage.
7. GRAINMATE SOFTWARE
1. By using GrainMate PC application software tool, the grain category
contents in MC2000 can be downloaded to PC and then transferred to
another unit by connecting the PC and MC2000 with USB cable.
