- Load License : In this case, the license would have been e-mailed to the
user. Tapping the button opens the mobile devices File Manager. Locate
the file and tap "ACCEPT".
• NOTE: The location of where the compressed file is saved may vary
depending on the type of mobile device you are using.
Active License: A user can have 2 different permits uploaded to the User App for
free or dedicated type locks. From the drop-down in the ‘‘ACTIVE
LICENSE’’ section the User can select the license they want.
• NOTE: Only one license can be active at a time.
• EXAMPLE: A user has two Permits. Selecting the permit for free type locks
and tapping the button causes the app to search for available free locks.
Conversely, selecting the permit for dedicated locks and tapping the
button causes the app to search for the dedicated locks assigned to them.
