Job Cancel Setup Cancel Key
Behavior
Short Sets the behavior responding to the job cancel button.
Short: Pressing the button (for two seconds or less)
cancels the job.
Long: Holding down the button (for two to five seconds)
cancels the job.
Off: Ignores pressing or holding down of the cancel
button.
Inquiry Display On Sets whether to display the job cancellation confirmation
window or not.
Focus Position Yes Sets which option should be focused on in the job
cancellation confirmation window, Yes or No.
Display Timeout 180 Sets the display timeout value for the job cancellation
confirmation window.
Near Life Setup Drum Near Life
Timing
3000 Sets the timing for the near life warning for the image
drums.
Available range: 500 to 5000 count (500 count
increments)
Fuser Near Life
Timing
2500 Sets the timing for the near life warning for the fuser unit.
Available range: 500 to 5000 count (500 count
increments)
Belt Near Life
Timing
2000 Sets the timing for the near life warning for the belt unit.
Available range: 500 to 5000 count (500 count
increments)
Erase Privacy Data Execute Deletes the registered privacy data.

NFC Setup Enable Sets Enable/Disable the NFC function.

Reset Settings Execute Initialize the user menu settings.
Save Settings Execute Saves the current menu settings. The existing menu

Restore Settings Execute Restores menu settings by the stored menu settings.
