Why won't my Oki All in One Printer dial a telephone number?

  If your Oki All in One Printer will not dial a telephone number, check the power cable and wall outlet. Make sure that the telephone line (not external telephone or handset) is connected to the LINE socket on the back of the machine. If an external telephone is installed, lift the handset and check for a dial tone. If there is no dial tone, there may be a problem with the telephone line. If there is a dial tone, the machine may be using the wrong dialling method (pulse or tone) for the region. If alternating tones are heard instead of dialling pulses and the region uses pulse dialling, change the call parameters.

How to fix vertical white lines on Oki All in One Printer?

  If you notice vertical white lines on your printed pages from your Oki All in One Printer, the LED head may be dirty. Try wiping the LED head with a soft, lint-free cloth. Also, the toner may be low. Open the top cover and tap the cartridge a few times to evenly distribute any remaining toner. If the issue continues, replace the toner cartridge. Another potential cause is foreign materials in the image drum, in which case you should replace the image drum cartridge. Finally, the light-shielding film of the image drum cartridge may be dirty, so wipe the film with a soft, lint-free cloth.
