  To clear a 'FEED JAM OR EXIT JAM' error on your Oki Printer: 1. Remove the tray and clear any misfed sheets. 2. Press the cover release and open the printer’s top cover. 3. Carefully lift out the EP toner cartridge, avoiding touching the green drum surface. 4. Remove any jammed sheets from the paper path. 5. Re-install the EP toner cartridge. 6. Lower the top cover (do not latch it). 7. Remove any jammed paper from the fuser. 8. Remove jammed paper from stackers. 9. If a duplex unit is fitted, lift the lever and lower the duplex unit cover and pull out any sheets found in this area. 10. Turn off the printer. 11.
