3.2.1 Pannellatura
Il rivestimento è realizzato con pannelli in lamiera
d’acciaio zincata e verniciata con polveri epossi-
diche in forno a 180°C.
Questi trattamenti garantiscono un’elevata resi-
stenza alla corrosione ed all’erosione.
La struttura è stata studiata per facilitare l’ac-
cesso a tutti i componenti della macchina per le
varie operazioni di installazione o manutenzione.
In tutti i modelli il vano compressore è rivesti-
to con materiale fonoassorbente per ridurre la
rumorosità.
3.2.2 Compressore
Il compressori (2) utilizzato è di tipo rotativo e
scroll.
Il refrigerante è l’R-410 A che garantisce un’
ottimo livello di efcienza energetica e nessun
impatto per lo strato di ozono atmosferico.
L’ R-410 A è, infatti, un refrigerante ecologico che
non contiene cloro.
L’utilizzo di speciali sistemi antivibranti garantisce
un’ elevata silenziosità di funzionamento.
Questi componenti sono alloggiati in un vano
apposito isolato acusticamente con un materas-
sino fonoassorbente di spessore 10÷15 mm,
posizionato nei punti più sensibili.
Il compressore è equipaggiato di un sistema che
assicura una protezione contro la maggior parte
dei problemi che possono provocare la bruciatu-
ra degli avvolgimenti.
Questa protezione termoamperometrica è costi-
tuita da un klixon, che ferma il compressore se
si surriscalda o quando assorbe troppa corrente
dalla linea.
Quando interviene è necessario vericare
ed eliminare la causa, dopo ciò, è possibile far
ripartire la macchina agendo sul pulsante di
marcia.

3.2.1 Paneling
The casing is made with galvanised steel sheet
metal panels, oven-painted with epoxy powders
at 180°C.
These treatments guarantee high resistance to
corrosion and erosion.
The structure was designed to facilitate access
to all components for installation or maintenance
operations.
In all models, the compressor’s compartment is
lined with sound insulating material to reduce
noise.
3.2.2 Compressor
The compressors (2) used are of rotary and
scroll type.
The refrigerant is R-410 A which guarantees an
excellent energy efciency level and no impact
on the ozone layer of the atmosphere.
The R-410 A is, in fact, an ecological refrigerant
which does not contain chlorine.
Vibration damping systems ensure remarkable
noiselessness of operation.
These components are placed in a special
compartment insulated acoustically with a 10÷15
mm thick sound insulating mat, positioned in the
most sensitive points.
The compressor is equipped with a system which
ensures protection against most problems which
can provoke the burning of the windings.
This thermo-amperometric protection consists
of a Klixon circuit breaker, which stops the
compressor if it overheats or absorbs too much
current from the mains.
When the Klixon circuit breaker trips, make
sure to detect and correct the cause. Only
after correcting the cause can the machine be
restarted by pressing the start button.
