I modelli di refrigeratori descritti in questo ma-
nuale lavorano sulla base dello stesso principio.
Un circuito frigorifero, in base alla modalità di
funzionamento, raffredda le superci di un
evaporatore a piastre che è racchiuso in un
serbatoio attraverso il quale passa il liquido
di utilizzazione.
Il compressore frigorifero è comandato da una
centralina elettronica che controlla la tempe-
ratura di uscita dell’acqua dalla macchina per
mantenerla entro i limiti pressati.

3.1 OPERATION CONDITIONS
The models of chillers described in this manual
work on the basis of the same principle.
Depending on its operating mode, a refrigeration
circuit cools the surfaces of a plate evaporator
enclosed in a tank through which the liquid used
ows.
The refrigerating compressor is controlled by
an electronic control unit which checks the
machine’s water outlet temperature in order to
keep it within the set limits.
