When using the specimen holder CX3-HLDT
(Option)
Rotate the coarse focusing knob

lower the stage.
Press the specimen holding lever knob

to open the lever

, and slide the specimen from front to back on
the stage to place it.
After placing the first specimen until it touches the end, place the
second specimen so that it touches the first specimen.
