Detach the transport locks (2 positions) using the Allen wrench provided with the stage.
l If you move the stage without detaching the transport locks, the product could be damaged. Be sure to
detach them.
l As the transport locks will be used for transporting the system next time, keep them in a safe place.
l
The plastic washers are provided with the transport locks. Be careful not to drop them. When attaching
the transport locks, secure the washers between the stage and the transport lock plate as shown in the
picture above.
Make sure that the tip of the stage plate clamping screw of the stage is not protruded, and place the stage
plate on the stage by aligning the tip of the clamping screw and the notch of the stage plate.
If the tip of the stage plate clamping screw is protruded, loosen the clamping screw using the flathead
screwdriver provided with the stage.
While holding down the portions (2 positions) of the stage plate, tighten the clamping screw using the
flathead screwdriver provided with the stage.
