11.2.6 Maintenance reminder
This function allows to set a date on which the electrosurgical generator reminds the user
that the next regular safety check is due.
When the due date is reached then the maintenance reminder indicator is displayed on the
top left of the touchscreen.
11.2.7 Safety test
This function is for purposes of the regular safety check only. This function is described in
the maintenance manual of the electrosurgical generator.

This function is for purposes of the regular safety check only. This function is described in
the maintenance manual of the electrosurgical generator.
11.2.9 Software version and software update
Software
This function displays the software version that is currently installed on the electrosurgical
generator.
Software update
The function [Software] also provides the button [Software update]. Software updates
must only be performed by qualied personnel. To update the software, the new software
version must be downloaded from the internet and stored on an USB ash drive. Follow the
instructions that are displayed on the touchscreen.
Requirements for the USB ash drive
The USB socket is compatible with USB 1.1.
‒ Storage capacity of max. 32 GB
‒ Formatting FAT32 or FAT (ExFAT, NTFS and others are not supported)
‒ Multiple partitions are not supported.
‒ Do not connect hard disks drives.
