3.2 Inspecting the joints of the horizontal arm,
balance arm and zoom microscope body
If the horizontal arm, balance arm and microscope body are
not securely connected, they could fall off. If you find that any
of the connections are not completely secure, stop operation
immediately and contact Olympus.
Confirm that the horizontal arm, the balance arm and the microscope body are
securely connected to the stand (see Figure 3.2).
