4.4 Turning ON the light source
Turn on the power of the light source as described in its instruction manual.
When using the light guide (OCS5-LG) for the OES xenon
light source, the high intensity mode is disabled. Refer to the
instruction manual of the OES xenon light source for details.
4.5 Interpupillary adjustment
To prevent deformation and/or impaired optical performance,
never hold the eyepiece section close to the eyepieces when
rotating.
While looking through the eyepieces, hold the binocular portions and rotate them
clockwise and counterclockwise so that the fields of view on both sides overlap
with each other (see Figure 4.12).
