Adjusting the horizontal rotation tension of the microscope
body, horizontal arm, and balance arm
Turn the rotation tension adjustment handle to adjust the horizontal rotation
tension of the microscope body, horizontal arm, and balance arm so that they
rotate when a slight force is applied, and are easy to handle (see Figure 4.10).

Rotate the vertical movement tension adjustment handle to adjust the tension of
the vertical movement of the balance arm so that it moves when a slight force is
applied, and is easy to handle (see Figure 4.11).
