6. Press the download button.
7. The filename you want to
download is displayed. Press
[Execute].
8. The completion dialog box
appears. Press [Next].
9. On/ off the dip switches according
to the instruction shown on the
screen.
Press [Next].
10. Hold down the [SERVICE] switch
in front of the safety CPU unit,
following to the instruction.
Release your finger from the
switch after confirming the
7-segment display in the top of
the unit has turned as described
in the right.
Press [Completed].
