Battery Failure Flag The C200H-CPU31-E, unlike the other two CPU Unit models, has an additional
battery connected to the CPU Unit. A flag, assigned to the bits listed in the follow-
ing table, indicates where battery failure occurred (in the RAM Unit, EEPROM
Unit, or in the CPU Unit) and in which Unit.
