•There are some restrictions
on the mounting position of
19-terminal I/O Units (refer to
Appendix B Specifications).

•RAM, EPROM, or EE-
PROM Units available.
•EEPROM requires an op-
tional EEPROM Chip.
•EPROM requires a sepa-
rately available EPROM
