What to do if my USB device is not charging when ONE A Laptop is off?

If your ONE Laptop is off or in Sleep Mode, powered by the AC/DC adapter, and a device plugged into the USB port isn't charging, it could be that the port isn't powered on. Try toggling power to the port using the Fn + power button combination. Note that this function might not work with all external USB devices. If that's the case, power on the computer and then connect the USB device to charge it.
