This menu allows the user to select an alarm fault level on the 4-20mA output. The
alarm is activated when a serious issue is detected preventing the calculation of the
correct flow rate. The 3.6mA and 21mA alarm outputs are related to the NAMUR
alarm feature.
The options are:
mA Fault=3.6 mA (Force the 4-20mA signal to 3.6mA on alarm)
mA Fault=21 mA (Force the 4-20mA signal to 21mA on alarm)
mA Fault=Not use (4-20mA signal alarm fault not used)
From any screen, press (F4) repeatedly until “Normal Mode” is seen briefly to exit the
programming mode.
NOTE: When the flow rate exceeds the programmed value for the 20mA set point, the
analog output will stay at 20mA and an alarm code will be generated.
