Oracle Sun Fire X2270 M2 - Removing and Installing the PCIe Riser (CRU)

Slide the new PCIe card into the PCIe slot on the rear panel of the server and connect the card to
the PCIe riser.
To lock the PCIe card, push to close the locking latch on the rear panel of the server.
Attach any required internal cabling to the card.
Install the air duct. See

The PCIe riser installed in the server is a low-prole, half-length x16 connector card, supporting
up to 35–watt cards.
