Check fuel for water or
substandard mixture.
Replace fuel.
Check for flooded engine.
Remove and dry the spark plug.
The start engine again without
the choke.
Check for spark.
Remove and dry the spark plug.

Lack of Power, Poor Acceleration, Rough Handling
Engine stalls when idling.
If the engine stalls when idling,
then the idle speed can be
adjusted to a higher level using
the tool provided. The
adjustment screw is positioned
as shown in Fig. 26 on page 30.
Check Fuel for water or
substandard mixture.
Replace fuel.
Check air filter and fuel
filter for clogging.
Clean them.
Check carburettor is
properly adjusted.
Readjust speed needles.
