What to do if there is no connection to the otometrics AURICAL Aud device?
    • S
      Steve WalterAug 2, 2025
If there is no connection to the device, it might be because the USB cable connecting the device to the PC was connected before installing OTOsuite, resulting in a Windows default driver being allocated. To resolve this: 1. Go to the Windows Device Manager, then Universal Serial Bus controllers. The faulty connection will be marked by a yellow question mark. 2. Uninstall the driver. 3. Ensure OTOsuite is installed, and then relaunch it.
