1.4.1.2 Furnace Module
Furnace Front View
A. Dryer flow controller: Indicates the total flow of gas through the analyzer. The gas is scrubbed dry
and supplied to the membrane dryer as cross flow.
B. Sample flow controller
C. Pyro oxygen flow controller
D. Furnace bypass switch
E. Sample regulator
F. Sample pressure gauge
G. Furnace temperature controller: Sets and maintains furnace temperature.
H. Power switch: Turns ON or OFF all power used by the furnace module.
I. Sample/Calibrate switch: Selects either the sample stream or one of the cal. streams (zero or span
depending on zero/span switch setting) for analysis. Sample position de-energizes the solenoid
valve.
J. Alarm light: Indicates low oxygen pressure (below 28 psig). It also indicates high furnace temperature
and low total gas flow.
