Decreased High-Voltage
Readjust HV out or Replace
HV PCB or cable.
Light Leak on Sulfur
Fluorescent Chamber
Check for light leakage and
make repairs as needed.
Decreased or increased gas
flows
Check gas flows on
rotometers and adjust as
necessary.
Contaminated Fluorescent
Chamber or sample system
Clean or replace Fluorescent
Chamber or sample system
tubes as necessary.
Contaminated or defective
membrane dryer
Replace Membrane Dryer.
Change in Detector Gain
Reset Detector gain setting.
Defective PMT
Replace PMT.
Leak in Flow System
Use Gas Leak Check
procedure to check for leaks.
Repair leaks as needed.
High-Voltage is unstable
Use High-Voltage Adjustment
procedure to check voltage
setting and monitor for
stability. Replace high-voltage
board if required.
Back pressure regulator is not
controlling properly
Monitor back pressure gauge
for stability. Replace back
pressure regulator if needed.
Moisture is collected in the
detector or in flow system
tubing
Sample zero or other dry gas
overnight. Proper response
will return after the water is
removed.
