When a command is sent to another device and there is no response, this function can
be used to send the command once again.

8.1.2.2 Time Out and Retry Program
With the program, the command is sent again (retried) if more than 500 ms passes with
no response returned from the other side.
Up to 5 retries can be carried out.
For this program, the serial data unit should be installed in slot 0.
