What to do if my computer does not recognize the Panasonic Scanner?
    • C
      castanedacherylAug 19, 2025
If the computer does not recognize the Panasonic Scanner, ensure the cables are correctly connected. If the issue persists, uninstall and re-register the scanner hardware. Also, verify that the USB interface is correctly installed or that you are using a cable with a High-Speed logo and not connecting via a USB hub. If you are using a SCSI card, check that it is installed correctly and that the scanner and other devices have different SCSI ID numbers. Additionally, make sure to turn the scanner on before turning on the computer.

Why does my Panasonic Scanner have double feeding problems?
    • C
      Christopher SmithAug 21, 2025
If double feeding occurs frequently or the Panasonic Scanner stops loading while scanning, the rollers may be dirty or have reached their life expectancy. Clean all the rollers, and if the problem continues, replace the paper feed roller module and the retard roller module. Also, ensure that documents are not curled or folded; flatten them before loading. If you are scanning irregular documents, make a copy on specified paper and scan the copy. For documents shorter than 70 mm, copy them onto a larger sheet before scanning.

If the scanned image from your Panasonic Scanner is aslant, the document guides may not be adjusted properly to the document size, or the document itself may be curled or folded. Adjust the document guides to fit the document size. Remove any curls or folds from the document and reduce the number of pages being scanned at once.

What to do if Panasonic KV-S3065 doesn't start scanning?
    • D
      Debra PetersonSep 8, 2025
If the document has been loaded on the hopper tray, but the Panasonic scanner does not start scanning, the document may not be loaded properly, or the sensor may not be able to detect the document if the edge is curled. Load the document correctly, and if the edge is curled, flatten the document and load it again.
