  If your Panasonic Scanner isn't being recognized, there are several potential causes: 1. Ensure the USB cable is correctly connected directly to your computer, bypassing any USB hubs. 2. Verify that the USB interface of your computer is properly installed using the device manager’s property. 3. Try using the included USB cable or a certified Hi-speed USB 2.0 cable. 4. The scanner might have turned off due to inactivity; press the power key to turn it back on. 5. If the software isn't installed correctly, uninstall it from your computer and then reinstall it.

Why doesn't the ready indicator light up on my Panasonic KV-S1065C?

  If the ready indicator on your Panasonic Scanner doesn't light up when you turn it on, it could be due to these reasons: * The power cord might not be properly plugged in. Ensure the power plug is firmly inserted. * There might be a problem with the AC adapter. In this case, unplug the power cord from the AC outlet, and call for service.
