One-Touch Dial

Helpful hints:

To confirm the items stored in the One-Touch Dial
keys, print a telephone number list (p. 116).

You can use the JOG DIAL directory to select the
station name instead of using the One-Touch Dial
keys. Rotate until the desired name is
displayed, then press or lift the
handset.
Making a voice call using a One-Touch Dial key
Before using this feature, program the desired names and telephone numbers into a One-Touch Dial key
(p. 34).

Press or lift the handset.
Display:

Confirm that there are no documents in the
document feeder tray.

For stations 1–3
Press the desired One-Touch Dial key.
For stations 4–6
Press , then press the desired
One-Touch Dial key.
Example:

When the other party answers, talk into the
microphone or handset.

When finished talking, press
or replace the handset.
