• If the destination of a sensor call has set FWD, the sensor call will be redirected to the FWD destination.
However, if the FWD destination is not supported as the destination of a sensor call (e.g., an outside
party), the call will be received at the original destination. (→ 1.3.1.2 Call Forwarding (FWD))
• The following features cannot be used when a sensor call is received:
– Alternate Receiving—Voice (→ 1.5.3 Intercom Call)
– Hands-free Answerback (→ 1.4.1.4 Hands-free Answerback)
– Consultation Hold/Call Hold (→ 1.12.1 Call Hold)
– Call Transfer (→ 1.11.1 Call Transfer)
– Executive Busy Override (→ 1.7.2 Executive Busy Override)
• Sensor call information is output on SMDR.
