Holding
There are two types of holding. The difference in them is that other people can retrieve your held call
(Regular Hold) or not (Exclusive Call Hold). As they can be alternated, ask the current mode to your
manager.
•
If a call is not retrieved within a specified time
, you will hear an alarm as a reminder.
And, if an outside call is not answered within a specified time, it is automatically
disconnected.
