Erasing an Item from the Directory
You can erase an item using the handset or the base unit.
Make sure the unit is in the standby mode initially.
With the handset

Press BACK Ü or FWD/EDIT
á
to enter the directory list.

Press Ö or Ñ.
•The first item is displayed.

Press Ö or Ñ repeatedly to
find the directory item you
want to erase.
•To search for the item by initial,
see page 47.

Press (INTERCOM/CLEAR).
•To stop erasing, press BACK
Ü
(No key).

Press FWD/EDIT á (Yes key)
or
(INTERCOM/CLEAR).
•A beep sounds and the item is
erased.
•To erase other items, repeat
from step 3.
•To return to the standby mode,
press (FUNCTION/EXIT/CH).
