Turning the key lock on/off
n Without a password:
Press # for about 2 seconds during
standby mode.
n With a password:
1 Press # for about 2 seconds during
standby mode.
2 Enter your key lock password (4
digits). a MOKN 2 times
R If you forget your password, see
page 55.
Note:
R You can turn off the handset while the key
lock is on. Depending on the settings, the
state of the handset may change when you
turn on the handset again:
– Without a password: The key lock turns
off.
– With a password: The key lock stays on.
R The following keys and operations are
available when the key lock is on:
– MSTOPN to stop the alarm.
– Without a password: During a call, all
available features can be used as usual.
When the call ends, the handset turns
the key lock on again.
R When the key lock mode is set to “with
Password”:
– Dial keypad and MTN cannot be used
during a call.
– M N (right soft key) is not available
during chain dial (page 29).
