2.3 Subscribers Features
2.3.1 Auto Receipt
Description
Allows a subscriber or the System Manager to receive a message to confirm the reception of sent
messages to other subscribers. When the sent messages are received, a subscriber will receive a
message as follows: "<Mailbox Name/Number> has received your message". Subscribers need to
request the Auto Receipt when they send messages.
Conditions
• This feature is only available when "Yes" is set for "Auto Receipt" in the Class of Service (COS)
settings.
• This feature is not available when the System Manager sends a Broadcasting Message.
• The reception of the External Delivery Message can be confirmed using this feature as well.
Subscribers can request the Auto Receipt per the External Delivery Message List, and confirm
the reception of each member in the list.
