2.3.21 Personal Greeting for Caller ID (APT/DPT Integration Only)
Description
Allows subscribers to record a maximum of 4 personal greetings that are played for calls received
from preprogrammed telephone numbers. Each greeting can be assigned to a maximum of 8
telephone numbers.
Conditions
This feature is only available when "Yes" is set for "Personal Greeting for Caller ID" in the Class
of Service (COS) settings.

2.3.22 Personal Greetings
Description
Are the greetings heard when a caller reaches a subscriber's mailbox. Subscribers can record 3 types
of personal greetings.
No Answer: Played during business hours (day, lunch, and break modes) when:
the caller is connected to the subscriber's extension but the call is not answered
the caller logs in to the mailbox directly
the Busy Signal greeting or the After Hours greeting has not been recorded
Busy Signal: Played whenever the subscriber's extension is busy.
After Hours: Played when the VPS is in night mode.
