Phone Top Settings
Adjust the Volume on the phone
• Press Setting soft key > Ringer > Ringer Volume to adjust the Ringer volume.
• Press the up or down keys while on speaker or headset to adjust speakerphone
/ headset volume
• Press the up or down keys while handset off hook to adjust handset volume
To change the ring type
• Press Setting
• Choose Ringing (first option) and press the ENTER button
• Choose Ringtone (second option) and press the ENTER button
• Scroll through the Ringtones and choose one. Press ENTER when chosen.
The easiest way to clear your missed calls alert
• When the phone is idle, press the Call Log soft key.
• Choose Missed Call and hit enter
• Review the calls if you like
• Press the soft key labeled Back
Periodically, the phone may require a reboot. Reasons for this include
accepting a new configuration or software upgrade.
There are two ways to reboot the phone:
• Press the Setting soft key
• Scroll down to Restart and press enter. You will also need to choose Yes to
confirm.
OR
• Unplug the power supply, wait two seconds and then plug in the power
supply again.
Note: The reboot process is complete when the idle display is shown with the
time and your extension.
