Dial *43 and speak.
To Set ‘Do Not Disturb’
Lift your handset.
Dial *71.
Then, 1 (external calls) or 2 (internal calls) or 0
(both internal and external).
Dial 1.
Replace your handset.
To Cancel Do Not Disturb
Lift your handset.
Dial *710.
Dial 0.
Replace your handset.
To ‘Pickup’ a Call
Lift your handset.
Either press the flashing extension key, press
your ‘Pickup’ button or dial *4001.
Call Forwarding
To Set a Call Forward
Lift your handset.
Dial *71.
Then, 1 (external calls) or 2 (internal calls) or 0
(both internal and external).
Then, 2 (all calls) or 3 (busy) or 4 (no answer) or 5
(busy/no answer).
Enter destination extension number (500 for
voicemail, or if you have the simple voicemail
card (SVM) 591 for voicemail).
Dial #.
Replace your handset.
To Set a Call Forward to an External Number

Lift your handset.
Dial *71.
Then, 1 (external calls) or 2 (internal calls) or 0
(both internal and external).
Then, 2 (all calls) or 3 (busy) or 4 (no answer) or 5
(busy/no answer).

Enter destination external number
Dial #.
Replace your handset.
To Cancel a Call Forward
Lift your handset.
Dial *710.
Dial 0.
Replace your handset.
To Change the Call Forward Timer
Lift handset.
Dial *713.
Enter the number of seconds (two digits).
Dial #.
Replace Handset.
