CONNECTING THE BUS IN NOISY ENVIRONMENTS

When installing the bus wires in proximity to high electrical interference such as neon lights, motors, high-voltage wiring, transf orme rs, o r if co nn ectin g the

BUILT-IN RTC

Dig iplexNE inco rporate s a n RTC directly on th e PC boa rd. The RTC will save DigiplexNE ’s inte rn al clock wh en b oth t he AC an d ba tter y po wer have be en

lost. After power is lost and then restored, DigiplexNE will verify with and then retrieve the time from the RTC. The control panel will verify and compare its

time with the time stored in the RTC every hour. If the times a re diff erent, DigiplexNE will reset its internal clock to the time saved in the RTC. The RTC uses

a 3 V lith ium batte ry ( CR20 32) with a b at tery life o f 11 yea rs. Cha nge th e b at tery a s sho wn b elow:
