Issue Possible cause / solution
The machine does not start. Check the power supply. Have all cables been connected?
The machine is turned on but the touch
screen stays off.
Have the USB and VGA cables been connected to the Operator PC? Has the
power supply cable been plugged in?
The machine does not respond after pressing
the emergency stop button.
Twist out the emergency stop button. Press the Reset button.
Feeding the bags into the machine causes
the machine to jam/error.
Check reel and sponge rolls alignment and adjust if necessary. Check in-feed
roller tension.
The start batch button does not function. Check if the machine is displaying any messages on screen. Press the Reset
button.
There is a jam in the toothed belt. Check the entire bag transport.
The string of bags breaks. Check the perforation blade on your ATP.
Stickers are not being attached to the patient
strings.
Assure sticker supply is available. Assure sticker strip is routed correctly into
the dispenser.
Cleaning the InspectRx
It is recommended to clean the InspectRx once a week, or per every 40 hours of use.
Requirements:
• Vacuum cleaner
• Alcohol (preferred minimum 80%)
• Cleaning cloth
• Latex cleaning gloves
Step One: Turn off the Machine and Push the Emergency Stop Button
• Always begin by putting on the latex cleaning gloves. Keep them on during the entire cleaning
routine.

Before proceeding with the cleaning procedure, press the emergency stop button, located above
the touch screen.
