1.8.d Holding the cell body with one hand, push the index finger of your
other hand through one of the center openings in the grid so that your
finger depresses the foam breather, and brace your thumb against the
side of the cell.

1.8.e Pull the nozzle cover toward you with your index finger as you press
against the side of the cell with your thumb.
