MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE
Refer top the engine Operating and Mainte-
nance manual in the tractor kit for complete
explanations of all matters relating to the
engine.
RUNNING IN
After the first 50 work hours:
•
Engine
Change the oil and oil filter, check the alternator
belts following the instructions in the related
Operating and Maintenance Manual.
•
Gearbox - front and rear axle
Check the oil level following the instructions in
the “Routine Maintenance” instructions given
below.
•
Hydraulic system filter
Check the filter cartridge (3, fig. 14).
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
•
The following sections indicate the mainte-
nance operations to be done at the scheduled
intervals:
NOTE
In arduous working conditions, increase rou-
tine maintenance frequency.
•
The working hours of the tractor are signalled
on the digital display by putting the ignition key
in pos. “1".
•
Fluid level checks and top ups must be done
with the tractor on a flat surface and with the en-
gine switched off for at least 10 minutes.
ISTRUZIONI PER LA MANUTENZIONE
NOTA
Per la manutenzione del motore fare riferi-
mento al relativo Manuale d’uso e manuten-
zione in dotazione.
PRESCRIZIONI PER IL RODAGGIO
Dopo le prime 50 ore di funzionamento
•
Motore
Sostituire l’olio ed il relativo filtro ed eseguire il
controllo della cinghia alternatore attenendosi
alle istruzioni riportate nel relativo Manuale d’u-
so e manutenzione.
•
Gruppo cambio - ponte anteriore e
posteriore
Controllare il livello dell’olio attenendosi alle
istruzioni riportate nel paragrafo “Manutenzione
Periodica”.
•
Filtro impianto idraulico
Sostituire l’elemento filtrante (3, fig. 14).
MANUTENZIONE PERIODICA
•
Nei paragrafi seguenti sono indicate le opera-
zioni di manutenzione che devono essere ese-
guite agli intervalli prescritti.
NOTA
In condizioni d’impiego gravose si consiglia
di intensificare la manutenzione periodica,
riducendo gli intervalli.
•
Le ore di funzionamento della trattrice sono
indicate dal visore digitale portando la chiave di
accensione nella pos. “1".
•
I controlli dei livelli ed i rabbocchi devono es-
sere effettuati con la trattrice in piano e con il
motore fermo da almeno 10 min.
