6. STEAM VENTING PACKAGE
6.1 Adjusting the Vent Valves
Refer to the setup form and adjust each vent according to the amount of shut/open
needed. For each valve handle, 12 o’clock (upward) position is full open, and
9 o’clock (pointed left) position is full shut, and dial indicates increments of shut
between these two points. (For example, “3/4” indicates 3/4 shut).
Loosen wingnut to adjust valve. Retighten wingnut after adjustment.
