What to do if the System Status Light is red on my Pentair INTELLIpH?

If the System Status Light is red on your Pentair Dispenser, it could be due to several reasons: * The system attempted to dispense acid, but no flow was detected in the cell. Check and confirm sufficient water flow through the IntelliChlor® SCG. * The IntelliChlor cell was not ready because it was undergoing a salinity check. Wait until the IntelliChlor® SCG completes its 2-minute salinity check cycle. * There is a cell communication link problem. Check the terminal block from the IntelliTouch® or EasyTouch® Control System. * The water temperature is too low (below 52°F or 12.2°C). The unit will not dispense under these conditions.
