Checking the
Depth-of-Field
Slide the depth-of-preview lever on the lens
until the letters g appears.
The aperture will stop down to the preset
value, and the depth of field can be confirmed
through the viewfinder.
The lever will be returned to the original
position by depressing the depth-of-preview
lever.
● The actual range in focus
and the depth of field
confirmed through the
viewfinder may differ to
some degree.
● When the depth-of-preview
lever is set at the g
position, the metering
mode selectores to the
Center-Weighted Metering
Mode automatically.
